B-4 If the explanation in the reply of the show cause notice is not satisfactory, the Disciplinary Authority shall initiate disciplinary proceedings against the concerned teaching or non-teaching staff.

B-3 If the preliminary investigation report reveals prima facie a case of misconduct, the Disciplinary Authority will issue Show cause notice to the concerned teaching or non-teaching staff.

B-2 SI of Schools shall enquire the matter and submit the report of preliminary investications to the Disciplinary Authority of the Board.

B-1 After receiving the Prayer of the Disciplinary Authority, WBBSE may authorise any officer not below the rank of SI of schools to conduct preliminary investigation against teaching or non-teaching staff.It's suggested not to apply to the board except important issues.
